This is a crisp, lean, and rocky style of Pinot Noir with lively acidity and a lean red fruit profile.
The wine is not heavily filtered, so it appears a bit cloudy and darker in hue. This is one of the few places in the world where Pinot Noir is grown on mineral, schist.
