Wasenhaus Spätburgunder Möhlin 2020
This Pinot Noir comes from the Ehrenstetter Ölberg, where shallow limestone-clay soils and a warm southeast exposure create ideal growing conditions. Fermented with two-thirds whole clusters, beginning with carbonic maceration before traditional open-vat fermentation, it is aged for 16 months primarily in used French oak. The result is an expressive, structured Pinot with freshness, depth and elegant complexity.
