Wasenhaus Chardonnay Filzen 2024

This Chardonnay comes from steep, west-facing slopes in Kirchhofen, grown on limestone-clay soils and worked primarily by hand. Whole clusters are pressed and fermented in a 600L barrel, followed by one year on the full lees in barrel and an additional six months in stainless steel. Made from a younger German Chardonnay clone, it shows a fresh, aromatic and vibrant style.
