Vinos Pijoan Mistela Valle de Guadalupe Vermut Rosato
A pink, semi-sweet vermouth from the Valle de Guadalupe, built on a base of Moscato Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, and Grenache. The base is fortified, aged six months in neutral oak, and macerated with around fifteen native Baja California plant and flower extracts for a distinctly herbal, floral character.
