The most delicate La Vignereuse wine we’ve tasted in recent times. Can be treated both as a light and refreshing red on the surface, but also has a deep weighty complex character sitting beneath it’s skin. It really is ready for those heartier autumnal spreads. Hand harvested from 50 year old vines, macerated for 5 days, before being pressed gently to ferment in fibreglass, with nothing added at bottling. A surprisingly delicious wine.
