Valdespino Sherry Fino Ynocente

A benchmark single-vineyard Fino from the high-altitude Macharnudo Alto vineyard, grown on chalky albariza soil. Fermented in old American oak and aged under flor through an unusually deep ten-criadera solera, it comes out bone dry, saline, and nutty with real depth for a Fino.
