The grapes were hand-picked. 100% destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tank for 2 weeks before being pressed back to tank. Bottled in the following spring, unfined, unfiltered, and with light sulfur addition.

Perfect summer red. Light in weight but with a burst of raspberries and a bright drive of acidity. Zippity sippity sip!
