Super Cattivo POMERANZE is a red bitter aperitivo built on time, bitterness, and intention—where classic Italian citrus meets natural winemaking and quiet precision.

The profile is driven by Sevilla pomerance bitter oranges, hand-cut to preserve their essential oils and macerated slowly to extract a sharp, pungent citrus core. The bitterness is vivid and tactile, tingling on the tongue before settling into a long, bittersweet finish. Cedro from Sicily adds brightness and structure, while Bourbon vanilla beans lend restraint and depth rather than sweetness.

Production begins with fresh fruits and botanicals, all sliced by hand and macerated with organic Austrian corn spirit and aromatics in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. The infusion is then rested with an organic Blaufränkisch cuvée from Franz Weninger for a further 40 days, allowing the wine to shape the color, texture, and natural balance of the aperitivo. Blossoms and hibiscus add aromatic tension and lift, never distraction.
