A playful, ever changing coferment of red and white grapes from organically farmed vineyards in Mendocino and Lake County, California, blended in roughly equal parts and bottled without fining, filtering, or added sulfites. Crunchy cranberry and wild strawberry burst through savory, herbal notes on the nose, while the palate stays juicy and light, carried by very lively acidity to a clean, zippy finish. Best served with a slight chill.
