Organically cultivated grapes from Emilia-Romagna - a co-ferment of Trebbiano/Pignoletto (aka Grechetto Gentile)/Friulano,/Saslà (aka Chasselas)/Alionza.

Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in stainless steel prior to bottling with the addition of fresh must unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Disgorged after some time in bottle.
