A single-parcel Touraine red from Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme's plot called Les Automnes, made from 100% Côt (the Loire's name for Malbec) on clay-limestone soil. Whole-cluster fermented and aged 18 months in demi-muids with no added sulfur, it's lighter and more spice-driven than most Malbec.
