Only made in certain vintages, Pacina's minuscule production of rosé is made from free-run must from particular sangiovese tanks. A fascinating & Rustic sour cherry, tart plum and wild strawberry juice. A little bit of smoke, dried herbs and pepper sprinkled in there. Very mineral on the finish.
