100% Garganega from 15-45 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated at 300m elevation in the volcanic soils of the Veneto's Gambellara, a vein of volcanic terroir in northeast Italy, the Dolomotic foothills. Grapes are hand-harvested and softly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, maturation in the same vessel for a year prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
