A blend from the Santa Helena vineyard in Terra Alta, once tended by Laureano Serres and now farmed by his daughter Alícia. Hand harvested and spontaneously co-fermented, then aged in amphora before pressing. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites.
