About this wine
Early ripening vineyard planted in the village of Comblanchien near the border with Corgoloin.
14 day semi-carbonic maceration with zero additives with some pump overs and a bit of foot trodding. Aged 12 months in french oak. Sulfur added at bottling.
With dark mineral undertones and nice concentration, this is Crotet's most structured wine in the range. Spicy, red-fruited and round, Les Vignottes is layered and lovely.
