Biodynamic Swiss wine from Valais, made by a former employee of Pierre Overnoy. A single vineyard expression of Gamaret (a cross of Gamay and Reichensteiner) from 460m above sea level. Vinified in the infusion method where hald the grapes are destemmed and macerated in the direct press juice of thre other half of the grapes.
The gentle extraction gives supple fruit and tingly acidiy while remaining lithe and highly quaffable.
