A pet-nat from ungrafted Chenin Blanc vines planted in 1950 in Argentina's Río Negro, originally planted by Chandon for sparkling wine and since revived. Fermented with indigenous yeast in concrete eggs and finished in bottle, it's saline and appley with a rustic, textured fizz.
