Primarily Grenache Noir with Grenache Gris, Macabeu from a clay and limestone parcel. The grapes are co-fermented in concrete with 3 days of maceration, then pressed and racked into concrete for aging. Nice spice, grit, and freshness! Enjoy with a light chill.
