Located in Puimisson in the south of France between the mountains and the sea is where you'll find, Mas Coutelou - named after Jean François Coutelou who runs his family's 3 generation domain. The vineyard has been organically certified since 1987, and no chemicals, fining, or filtering is used in the production of these wines.

Notes: A short maceration of destemmed cinsault aged in fibreglass tanks. Raspberry fruit, and vibrant, zippy acidity… this goes down easy and fast! A real crowdpleaser in these warmer days.
