Marie et Vincent Tricot Desire White 2022

Tricot is the most important producer in an obscure French region called the Auvergne. Located west of Beaujolais and south of the Loire, this is quickly becoming a hotspot in the world of natural wine. Tricot has been doing it as long as anyone, taking advantage of the region's volcanic soils and old vines to make seriously compelling wines. ‘Desiré’ is the most rich and round white they make, with subtly nutty flavors that remind us of whites from the Jura.
