This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Limestone, clay, and basalt soils. Direct pressed and fermented in barrique with indigenous yeasts. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no sulfur. Full-bodied, with crunchy red fruits and bright acidity.
