P.M.V. (Positive Mental Vibes) is Madame Flöck's easy-drinking field blend from the steep, old-vine Terrassen Mosel, made from mostly organically farmed, dry-grown, hand-tended vines with no herbicides. Wild-fermented and unfiltered, it's bright and light on its feet, best treated like a chillable Beaujolais.
