The bottle: Two parcels, two exposures, both on schist. Syrah aged in old barrels for 6 months, Grenache from Collioure. Minimal SO2, unfined, unfiltered. Organic farming throughout.

The producer: Named after Leah's German grandfather. Same estate as Divay — 5.5 hectares farmed entirely by hand on steep rocky hillsides above the Mediterranean. This is her more structured cuvee, built for the table.
