La Villana Vallegara Bianco 2023

Introducing the Bianco VALLEGARA 2023, the first vintage from the Vallegara vineyard planted in 2017. This field blend of Procanico, Malvasia, and Roscetto offers a unique aroma of wild vineyard grasses, mint, and clover. The hint of green vegetal notes balances nicely with wine's fruitiness. 

The varietals are harvested, destemmed, and macerated for a week together. 

A note from the winemaker:  "I am really proud of this wine and how it has developed as it ages in bottle. I never expected to produce a wine with such intense aromas. It so beautifully takes you right back in to the vineyard, which is a full circle moment for me." - Joy
