82% Colombard, 18% Aramon. Completely destemmed. 40 days skin contact in amphora then 8 month in cuve. Red & White grapes blend. Colombard is also known as an offspring of Chenin Blanc.

A very confusing wine! Light red in color but completely white when you drink it. The aromas of hawthorn, citrus, vine peach, rose and peony are those of a red wine, but the tension and minerality of Colombard coat the palate like a white! Surprising!
