A light, natural Chenin Blanc from organically farmed vines in Anjou, in the western Loire Valley. Hand-harvested from vines of mixed ages, directly pressed, and spontaneously fermented, then bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur, it's crisp and floral with a fresh citrus lift.
