Made from 100% Gamay, this wine has 9 days of carbonic maceration and aged for 6 months in old barriques. No added sulphites. 

The vines are planted on a mix of pink granite, sand, clay and silex soil. Vibrant acidity with lots of red fruits and blackcurrants on the palate. 

We recommend adding a slight chill to the bottle.
