Grapes: Carignan (50%), 70 year old vines on sandy-clay soils to the south of Richerences. Grenache Noir (50%), 60 year old vines on sandy-loam soils to the north of Richerences.
Vinification: Co-fermentation. 15 days maceration - 70% destemmed/crushed and 30% whole bunch. Pressed, then ageing for seven months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled July 2020.
Fining: No Filtering: No Added SO2: Yes Production: 550 cases ABV: 14%
