Hiyu Pandion 2022

This is the second release from this parcel adjacent to Falcon Box on the gentle slope above the barn. It’s planted to white grapes one would find on the border between Austria and Hungary including Riesling, Furmint, Harslevelu, Rotgipfler, Gruner Veltliner, etc. This is the most cool toned and herbaceous (think high mountain herbal elixir) of the white wines from the farm and plays subtly among the flavors one would normally expect from transcendental bottles of Loire Valley Chenin, Sauvignon from Styria or Wachau Gruner.  Just 500 liters bottled by hand directly from cask.
