Hayman's builds this on its classic ten-botanical London Dry recipe, then adds sun-dried peels of mandarin, pomelo, kumquat and Persian lime, distilled in a two-day process. Lively sweet citrus meets crisp juniper on the nose, and the palate is tangy and zesty with bright juniper, hints of spice and a delicate sweetness. The finish is refreshing, elegant and smooth. Bottled at 44.4% for the US, it suits a gin and tonic, a zesty martini, a gin and soda or a citrus sour.
