Variety | Soil | Climate: field blend of three distinctive nonsandy plots, located within the geographical area of the Colares wine-growing region – towns of Colares, São João das Lampas and São Martinho. Terroirs with a selection of igneous rocks (the original rocks of Earth’s crust), with an extreme proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and to the Sintra Hills.

Winemaking | Elevage: harvested in 18kg-boxes, selection in the vine. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel vats. Destemmed grapes with 5 days of skin contact. Elevage of 10 months in chestnut and mahogany barrels (1500 l).

Tasting Notes: open colored red wine, light and juicy. Fresh forest fruit. Moderate tannins.
