Based 25km south of Saumur in the Loire Valley, François prefers to work the vineyards with horses or by hand. This juicy and fruity wine comes from a tiny parcel of Gamay (0.3 hectares). The grapes are macerated as 'whole bunch' (stems and all!) for 10 days then into barrel. Intense with good acidity.
