Fontaine des Grives Libre Comme l'Air 2022

Macerated Sauvignon Blanc aged in old barrel to softren the fruit profile, but still loaded with texture. Surprisingly fine and elegant Sauvignon de Bergerac. Nose of orange, apricot, marzipan and almond and orange and citrus aromas. Beautiful complexity with long finishes of yeast, umami and salty notes
