Sourced from Mendocino Friulano fruit blended with Suisun Valley Verdelho, Albariño, and Vermentino, along with some Potter Valley Sauvignon Blanc, resulting in a crisp, aromatic kaleidoscope bursting with lush nectarine, zippy citrus, and yellow roses. Driven by the idea of making a lightly aromatic, textural wine—not super dry or super fruity—this wine strives to be fresh, acid-leaning, mineral, and saline/briny, extremely drinkable and easy to enjoy. The pieces of this blend were all fermented in stainless steel tanks and assembled as each fermentation finished.
