2023 Fattoria al Fiore 'Nero' Muscat Bailey A, Japan

Fattoria al Fiore makes some of Japan’s most distinctive natural wine out of a converted school gym at the foot of Miyagi’s Zao mountains. Nero is their Muscat Bailey A, Japan’s signature red grape, wild-fermented with nothing added and held back to age before release. It’s light and savory, a great entry point into Japanese natural red wine.
