Emilien Feneuil Coteaux Champenois Les Ruisseaux 2020

Émilien is based in Sermiers in the Montagne de Reims and looks after just over 2ha of vines spread over more than 15 plots across Sermiers and Chamery. His yields (even outside of Champagne) are incredibly low, as he applies an immense amount of biodiversity to his vineyards.

The Coteaux Champenois Les Ruisseaux by Émilien Feneuil is a Blanc de Noirs, the result of the extraordinary work done in the vineyard and the careful selection of 100% Pinot Meunier from the same-name lieu-dit, located in the Premier Cru territory of Sermiers. Harvest 2020 and vinification in Burgundy barrels with indigenous yeasts followed by another 24 months of aging before bottling.
