Le Pacha from Domaine Padie from 100+ year-old Carignan vines on limestone and schist soils. Two-week maceration/infusion of whole bunches, natural fermentation without additives in concrete tanks. Aged for 8 months in old barrels, plus a final month in steel tank. Minimum sulfur added during bottling.

Rugged but precise, deep-flavoured yet an extremely digestible wine.
