Domaine du Mas Blanc Banyuls ' Le Colloque'

A perpetual cuvée from the Parcé family's historic Banyuls estate, blending roughly two thirds recent vintages with one third older reserve wine for an average age of eight years. Aged oxidatively in demi-muid, it shows amber depth alongside vivid, jammy fruit, intense minerality, and firm, well framed tannin, with dried fig and orange peel carrying through a long, layered finish.
