A structured Provençal red from a young, certified organic estate in Lambesc, blending 90% Carignan with 10% Cinsault from vines averaging 38 years old. Hand-harvested and carbonic macerated for about 15 days, then aged in demi-muids with regular bâtonnage, it draws real salinity from the sandy, fossil-rich soils.
