Fumey-Chatelain No Sin Tou Tsef 2022
No Sin Tou Tsefs 2022 is a blend of all the red varieties grown across the estate, with the expection of the esteemed Trousseau à la Dame used in the Le Bastard cuvée. The Pinot Noir is processed using whole bunches, while the Poulsard and Trousseau are fully de-stemmed. Every component is vinified and aged separately, with macerations lasting approximately 18-20 days.
