Cotes du Jura Cuvée Suzanne by Domaine Bourdy is pure Pinot Noir. The grapes, grown organically, come from soils characterized by the presence of red clay. The whole grapes are macerated for 2 days, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled, after a light filtration, without adding sulphites.
