Pleasant complexity. On the nose dry chestnut, saba, black cherry compote. The mouth is slightly tannic, clean and deep. Very dry and strictly wild in the direction of dry plum, sage, and dried twigs. A fantastically unsettling wine, lovely with a few strong cheeses
