About this wine
Athénaïs de Béru left a finance career in Paris to take over her family’s historic estate in Chablis, which is now one of the region’s few certified biodynamic domaines. This organic Chardonnay comes from Kimmeridgian clay-limestone slopes around Saint-Bris in northern Burgundy. Lemon, grapefruit and green apple lead into a crisp, mineral finish. It’s a white Burgundy that drinks well above its price.
