About this wine
Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott's entry-level Burgundy red, sourced from Pinot Noir vines planted in the late 1940s near Puligny-Montrachet on limestone-marl soils. Vinified 100% whole-cluster with wild yeast and raised in used barrels with minimal sulfur.
