El Pagès Content is a natural, artisanal red wine. A blend of the Sumoll variety and several others. Hand harvested, some macerated whole clusters, some destemmed, crushed, and pressed, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in clay amphorae. The wine spends 12 months in stainless steel tanks (50%) and clay amphorae. SO2: <10 mg/l.
