Castel Vieilh La Salle Bordeaux NV
This wine is a blend of Biodynamically farmed Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), and Cabernet Franc (25%) from Entre Deux Mer (left bank Bordeaux). 3 years in neutral barrel. Rustic and spicy. Graphite, cherry, forest floor, with velvety tannins. Subtle green pepper note peeks through.
Biodynamic without any added sulfur! Will totally please natural wine drinkers and folks looking for a classic Bordeaux.
