Antoine Lienhardt Cotes de Nuits Villages Emphase 2023

A blend of six of the best parcels in his village, mixed to show the range and conplexity among his varied soil types and expositions. Vinification is same as the other wines - 100% Whole cluster maceration followed by a year oak, but for this one 10% is new. Antoine believes that if Burgundy appelations were ever reconsidered, his village would be Grand Cru, and he treats his fruit as such. An ephemeral Pinot with bountiful fruit - utterly drinkable now, and we are giddy thinking what it will be like with some time in the cellar.
