If we had a knack for making wine this expressive, we'd abandon post too, just like Andrea Calek did to leave the Czech army. That's a good story, but what's in your glass is better. Honesty and four hectares of vines in Southern Rhône, France. Mostly his estate-grown Chardonnay and Viognier, this white unfiltered a little more serious than most but still seductive and fun. Biodynamic and made without any additions.

Elegant, crisp, with a touch of creaminess. Peach and apple with some oak and caramel on the nose. Medium bodied, with electric acidity that compliments the subtle oak.
