Anders Frederik Steen's Let's Go Disco is a field blend of many different red grapes. Fermentation happens spontaneously with natural occurring yeast in fiberglass tanks where it stays for nearly 10 months.
There is still a some residual sugar left over, which lends a deliciously juicy quality to an intensely concentrated, floral wine.
