Grenache from their own vineyards in Valgrand, macerated in the fermenting juice of direct press Cinsault from Le Mazel. The two varieties infused for nine months, before being pressed to old barriques for a year of rest. Pale and perfumed, there is surprising depth and texture to be found here, with tart red berries and blood orange bitters combing to beautiful effect.
